Machine Description Folding box labeling machine consists of an Etiprint inline dispenser, controlled by the Collamat Monitor. The labeller is mounted on a stable frame and incl. a pneumatic applicator with a vacuum plate that automatically applies labels to boxes. The boxes are transported from the conveyor belt to the applicator for labeling. An optical sensor checks the labels (faulty boxes are sorted out). The labeling system allows for height and lateral adjustments of the Etiprint. PLC: Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 incl. hot air system SATO, type S84 EX. Label width: max. 115 mm, conveyor belt width: max. 175 mm. |
